great people at the Durham location, The people that I have worked with were very understanding. I especially consider Emmanuel and Elaine that have been working hard on my case ever since it has been opened up to them. I am still currently going thru the process hopefully not much longer but hanging strong and still going but i recommend this place to anyone that may need help. And when I say need help i mean they are on it they know exactly what to do and say and to point u in the right direction to get things done. Very well organized and they explain things clearly for anyone to understand they will listen and make things go as smoothly as possible oh as i may say as well they are very hopeful just as we are they have a lot of faith in the wordings of the things they tell you that is what kept me going with faith and knowing things were going to be just fine I just hope that soon is my turn and chance for my husband to finiat travel and see his family. Omg!!!Super excited to share that my husbands case has been approved. This would not have been possible with out Elaine Hartman my attorney and case managers Emmanuel Sanchez and Estela Ruiz. They are the best team ever . They never gave up on my husbands case and fought really hard for his case. My husbands case was denied by the U.S.consulate in Ciudad Juarez and was given a 10 year permanent bar in 2018 . They took his case and worked on it everyday and always answered my calls and all my concerns which were always many. Emmanuel worked very very hard on his waiver and Estela on his consular process. This is the worst law firm to use!!!! I secured this firm for a custody case I provided them all information needed for the case!!!!! I was bounced between 3 lawyers and the day of the case my lawyer MELISSA who told me she was prepared was not only unprepared but she made me look like a fool in court. She didn’t ask any follow up or rebuttal questions and the whole time she just sat there and looked like a deer in headlights. Needless to say I am not happy and instead of apologizing or trying to find another solution her responses was I was not expecting that outcome. DO NOT UTILIZE THIS FIRM IF YOU HAVE A SERIOUS CHILD CUSTODY MATTER.
