I needed help with employment agreement. I wanted to understand the potential risks of what I was about to sign. I asked around who could help me out and was recommended I talk to Samantha Ekstrand. Samantha asked me to send the agreement in advance of our meeting. When we met she knew the document inside out. She walked me through every single paragraph and ranked potential risks so I knew what mattered more and why. She was able to answer my questions in a way that a non-legal professional could easily understand. I would highly recommend Samantha Ekstrand.
