They were wonderful! I worked a lot with Charlene, and everyone was extremely professional and helpful. My case was randomly chosen for audit and they kept me informed of what was going on and guided me through the whole process. Charlene was especially quick to answer questions and always helpful. This of course was a really difficult time in my life, but the wonderful people here made it as easy as it could be.

I worked with Kelli Stanley who was absolutely Phenomenal!!!!! Kelli was responsive, knowledgeable and extremely helpful with every aspect of me filing Chapter 13. I have a large family and now, will be able to breath sighs of relief each month rather than barely breath because of my financial situation. If anyone out there is in a similar situation, you must contact John T. Orcutt and set up their free consultation! Perhaps it may not be right for you. In my case, it's what needed to be done and am grateful that I contacted them! Life is too short!

Glenda Mathis in the Raleigh (Durham) office is nothing but the best! Glenda was assigned to my case for my home loan modification. I have already been through soooo much with filing Chapter 13 that by the time I got to her I was truly over it!. I was ready to give up. Glenda not only worked my modification for me and got me what my family and I deserved but she also spoke words of encouragement while i was down and had no more fight left in me. For that reason I am forever grateful! Thanks again Glenda! You are truly a blessing and forever appreciated!

I was very impressed with this office from my first visit. I submitted some information through their website. When I came in for my first appointment, the paralegal who helped me (Melissa) was ready to explain my options and next steps. She was reassuring and helpful. She sent me home with a packet of forms to fill out.nMy next 2 visits were with April Ayscue, another paralegal. It was easy to work with her. I was a little embarrassed to ask some questions. She was not judgmental at all and she answered my questions thoroughly. We went through some very detailed paperwork easily because she was so competent about what to do to answer items that confused me.nShe said that I would have a claim number within a few days during the holiday season and she was right.nI was treated very well by everyone at this office. I definitely recommend calling them if you are thinking about going for bankruptcy.
