Doing the MBCY Yoga Teacher Training in 2016 was the most profound and life changing experience I've had. It is truly not of this world. Every day I am thankful I was able to do it and that I am still plugged into such a powerful, living body of wisdom, magic and nourishment. It totally transformed my idea of yoga as a lifestyle and helped me to fully embrace myself and others. I believe that MBCY can help anyone find peace and purpose.
Saying Nina Be is a yoga teacher is like saying the Dalai Lama is a man of the cloth! It's true, but there is SO much more. The depth and breadth of Nina's knowledge is impenetrable yet she makes her understanding of yoga, and spirit, and healing, and humanity utterly accessible. Every class contains a breakthrough, an opening and/or epiphany. I absolutely love it!
What a blessing to have such support and encouragement! My body is changing right before my eyes! And, I'm finding that the folks who come to soak this in are becoming a wonderful community that I SO look forward to seeing on a regular basis!!
MBCY classes and teachers are amazing! We are so lucky to have this resource here in Durham! Every class is unique and magical, but also rich in technique. A special shout out to Intergalactic Yoga taught my Nina Be. I LOVE this class!
