I Love The Gym not only are the staff and owners super helpful and friendly it's very clean. For me those are makings for a great gym. You don't ever have to wait to use the equipment like you do it most gyms. The classes are all included with your gym membership And if that wasn't enough they just built a brand new sauna. Thanks to the new ownership it's looking great. All the upgrades are looking fantastic! ❤️ Thank you Cale and Belinda for putting your heart and soul into this place I appreciate it. 😉

I've been to this gym several times on many a road trip and it has become one of my all-time favorite gyms in the USA. Always friendly staff in a clean, no nonsense atmosphere, where you can get in a great workout for a great price. Wish I could bring the whole gym to SoCal!
