I wanna say thank you to the young black gentleman who took the money in the drive through yesterday, he was very kind and sweet. You don't see young men and women with manners, he made my day, he had me laughing told me to have a nice day and drive safe. With all that's going on right now he stayed kind. I went through the drive thru there and I have to tell you, it was the best experience I ever had at a fast food restaurant before. Michael took our order and I was highly entertained. He should have a comedy show. That is how you give customer service and keep your guests laughing. Charisma will get you far in life. He should be running the show there.
