Terrible service, rude staff, do not go here. The Spanish lady that manages the store is GREAT, but she was not there today. The lady who covers for her is in no way fit to be in a management position. I stood at the counter for 10-12 min while she walked past me 4 times behind the counter, another employee walked past me twice while he is yelling to someone in the back about how he is about to go home. Neither of them acknowledged me once. I was the only one in line. So I decided to go elsewhere and began to walk out. As I’m walking out I hear the manager yell loud enough for everybody in the store to hear “oh, he too impatient”Is that what we have come to? Yelling rude comments to customers to justify your actions and make yourself feel better about your behavior, to point the finger and blame others for your Inadequacies as a manager? Pretty sad and terrible way to start the morning

Terrible store. Not one single employee had hair nets on. Food is made very sloppily. Very rude when I asked for a strawberry cream to be remade due to mine being semi burnt and obviously made hours prior to me ordering it. The reason i like McDonald's, is the food is well prepared and most of the employees are very friendly. They even knows my order as soon as i hit the door. So, that means im in and, out especially heading to catch the bus on my own job. Thanks keep up the good work.

Worst McDonald's in Durham. I walked in to pick up an UberEats, there were two gentlemen waiting. The manager was working the counter and he asked the first guy what he ordered. He tells him and he hands him a bag. The second guy stops him from walking out asking for him to check because he thinks he gave the guy his order. He checks and sure enough he gave him the wrong order. I look at my order and see I'm waiting on a chicken sandwich and a 10 piece spicy Nuggets. I watch him bag it up. I ask for the order and give him the number, another guy walks in for Doordash. He proceeded to give the other guy BOTH orders, I'm telling him no they are two different orders and one is mine he tells me no. My order is coming. The Dasher leaves with both orders. Now I'm asking the Manager in Drive Thru to help cause he's clueless. They both look at their screen and can't find my order. I tell them that's cause you just handed it out. Now guess what, they are out of spicy Nuggets. He tells me I got a long wait. I start to text my client what's going on and when I look up he hands me TWO bags and says here's your order. Mind you, CHICKEN SANDWICH AND ONE 10 PIECE NUGGETS. I open the bags, it's a burger two fries, 3 kid drinks and a strawberry something. NOT MY ORDER. Had to cancel the order, I already wasted 25 minutes at this location.nnLast time I came here the drive thru was not working and they couldn't serve ANY drinks cause their machine was down....nnWho run these locations??? Apparently...NO ONE.
