This Location, no inside dining. Drive thru was fast and food was good. Employees friendly and professional. I like this location. The $1.49 iced coffee with several flavors is definitely a steal on a hot day. We use this location as much as we can. Every visit I had here this year. 5 stars for sure.
Ordered a double quarter pounder and some fries and that is what I paid for.nGot the order home and found a regular (not double!) quarter pounder in the bag. So now I get to drive back and try again. There are a lot of good burgers in Durham. Next time I'm going elsewhere. The folks at this McDonald's clearly don't care. I mean how hard is it to put a burger in a bag and not mess it up. You definitely don't want to eat here!
The line was long but progressed quicker than expected, for a McDonald's at least. The long line usually means the food will be hot and fresh which in this case it was. One of the better McDonald's I've been too recently.
I ordered a large drink. The lady gives me a medium. I tell her that I ordered a large and she tells me that they rang it up as a medium.....nnNo attempt to remedy the situationnnDo they not teach customer service at all?nnHorrible customer service. They routinely screw up your order and then act like it is your fault.
The food is good, but the workers... I waited 15 minutes for my food at drive thu. I went inside and I see 3 workers just talking, the drive thru has a long line. They were doing nothing just standing there talking, 3 other people where waiting and they still in their gossip. The food was just sitting there. Only saw someone actually working.
