Service was lovely-very nice and efficient people here. Our food was fine but nothing special. The cheesecake donut was very small and forgettable, the chocolate strawberry donut and cinnamon roll were very good. The bagels were pretty standard. I thought it was pricey for what I got, but I wish them well.
I've eaten here a few times now, I feel I can safely say they have the best biscuits/ breakfast sandwiches I've ever had. Their donuts and bagels are awesome, but their chicken biscuit is to die for. One of my favorite places in Durham
I'm a sandwich person and Monuts goes above and beyond frequently coming up with new killer sandwiches to put on their menu. I've heard from multiple people and also know due to firsthand experience that their scrambled eggs are the best in town. And if you weren't convinced already, they're prioritizing the safety of their staff during COVID by only offering takeout, so they're the best kind of people. Thank you to the owners and staff. Fun, diverse breakfast menu. I think the donuts aren't that spectacular (fun flavors though). Chicken biscuit sandwich was very good. Lemon curd scone wasn't much like a scone, but really yum.
I know people who travel from an hour away to come here. It’s just that good - the doughnut options are just the start! I like all their sweets, and their soup and fancy avocado toast, too!
