The attitudes of the people chosen to work at this location could be 100 times better than what they are. This is coming from someone who actually has worked at a Starbucks. I usually go to this location for Starbucks just because it’s closer to me. However, the service is terrible enough I’d drive the extra time just to get better service at a different location. I understand work can be challenging sometimes but it shouldn’t be all the time.

I had lovely service at this Starbucks inside Harris Teeter today. I always get so excited for the holiday drinks at Starbucks, but today was too warm for hot coffee, so the cashier at this location, Phillip, spent about 5 minutes helping me find the perfect holiday drink in iced form! He explained how the drinks are made, offered to let me sample them, and everything. Great customer service and wonderful coffee. Thanks Phillip!

I will not be returning to this location. I bought my grandmother a decaf coffee and it was ridiculously strong (I tasted it too). I bought my mother a green tea lemonade and it tasted like pickle juice (I tasted it too). It even looked green! The green tea lemonade at other locations looks brown and actually tastes like green tea as well as lemonade. I am disappointed.

If I could give it 0 stars, I would. After coming here 4 times in the past two years, my husband and I have decided not to return. Every single time we have visited this location they are either under staffed with new people who are slow and don't know how to make the drinks at all or, have 3 people who just don't know what they are doing..Every time we have came they have had to re-make our drinks. The wait time during slow hours is inexcusable. Even after drinks are remade they taste watered down and nothing like the drink is supposed to taste like. How difficult is it to make a Caramel Frappuccino?..

Worst ever..Did have any of the refreshing drink...etc. Pink drink.. the ice coffee i did get was old and thick.. $11.00 wasted...do not even bother waiting in line. Not worth it. Wish I could give them NO STARS.
