Poor service
We came into town visiting family and they recommended this incredible place! They told is what they served and we love chicken! So pulling in we noticed that it was a line for the drive-thru and that they were taking take-out orders. Perfect! We go inside and we witness the most outrageous altercation between the employees and customers! The two young ladies behind the counter with pink hair and one with gold braids were extremely rude to the customers! The manager finally comes out and was even worse! Didn't even want to hear what happened but justified the girls behavior when all the customers asked was for their money back. After they left the husband of one comes in and asks for the manager the young lady refuses and the manager never shows up after. The police was called! And I guess they finally got their money back, but I would not recommend this place and I even told my family member I refuse to eat there ever. We ended up going to McDonald's.
Awesome fried chicken. Didn't plan to stop but couldn't help myself. Glad I changed my mind. The wife loved the sides as well. Potato salad and Okra. I had fries and coke slaw. Both were great. Can't wait to go back to Edenton because you can bet I will stop for fried chicken again.
The shrimp basket, biscuits and 3 piece chicken meals were great. Chicken strips were cold and not as tasty. Clam strips were good but very small portion for a meal. We will definitely visit again.
Good food! Only wish sides were bigger
