Horrible customer service, cold food, and water down drinks. Under the old management, the good was great, service was good and the drinks were excellent. This was once a regular spot for my coworkers and I but now it’s just horrible.
The food was decent. Salsa tasted good, could've used a bit more kick. Chimichangas were pretty good. Service was friendly. Not a bad experience overall.
Each experience seems to get worse. The drinks were watered down. The manager argued with me saying that only me and my coworker complained; everyone else loved it. ud83dude44 My food was ice cold, but the party before had walked out; I’m almost certain they tried to serve me their food. I think I’ll find a new spot. Then there was the roach. I had to update. We waited on our ticket for such a long time. I’m over Mexico Grill RULLEVILLE,MS.
Love Mexico Grill. The food is always delicious. While I didn't have a margarita this time, I have in the past. They are oh so good.
