I don't care for these storage buildings. They are not well maintained and just continue to gondown. Our daughter currently has a storage unit rented there. I know thatnher possessions are being ruinednBy leaks and mildew. Some mightnsay what do you except when it's not climate control. I still expect better than this! Being on a concrete slab is conducive to mildew, but leaks need to be fixed! My husband built a shed out of wood and mildew and leaks are not a problem. The person in charge of the storage units thinks about 2 things:nMoney and more money (for late fees). At any storage unit, the renternhas to provide their own lock. Please beware: don't buy a round lock, should you lose the key, it can cost you $50nto hire a locksmith with a grinder to gain access to you possessions.nMy knowledge isn't limited to just our daughter's experience. I met another renter once when there for our daughter and she was experiencing the same problems with mildew and leaks. So, renters like buyers need to beware!

DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH ANY OF YOUR THINGS. Please pay extra somewhere else if need be, because they will not provide any kind of security for your items you place in their units. At one point my unit was broken into and only a couple of my items were stolen and a new lock (provided from them) was placed on the door. A close family member went to check and let me know about what all had been taken. Then granted it took a year, but when I returned to retrieve my things, I realized that over 60% of my storage was missing. It had to have been an inside job. I strongly urge that you find another storage solution and not use this place.

The staff really works with you here and are very friendly. It's a secured gated place with camers so no worries about your stuff being taken.
