We were over charged for a 2020 Dodge Charger, needed tires after only having the car 5 months. The car started driving funny changing speed on odometer, felt like it was moving slower that what was reading, they said they couldn’t find anything wrong after going to the shop twice, rude shop workers and the warranty covers absolutely nothing on the car. What they sell you does not even match up to what is on the sales receipt, total rip off!!! We ended up trading the car in on something much more reliable with great customer service help!!! Where there’s a Wilson there’s a way!!!

I cannot recommend this place enough! Mr. Ivy Pittman and his sales managers and finance managers were very accomodating and gave us a great deal on my Charger. Even after I changed my mind at the last minute and chose a different Charger, they continued to be kind and accomodating. The owner is there putting in the hours along with the rest of the team as well! He came out and spoke with us, and made sure that we got the car we wanted at an unbeatable price.nnAfter such a great experience, my husband decided to purchase a vehicle from Rainbow as well. And again, Ivy and the rest of the team took very good care of us.nnI recommend this dealership to anyone who is in the market for a vehicle!
They ran me over 57 times for asking for a Honda.
After bringing my vehicle five times for the same exact problem they still could not fix it and I sure wouldn't buy a vehicle from these people if they're service department is that bad.
