My experience was bad enough to write about it on here...nnArrived there 9am, immediately found car I liked... was very public about the amount I had to put down...nnAt 130pm I said I was ready to buy...nnAt 3pm my salesperson alfonzo put another customer in front of me and proceeded to finalize their purchase... I became upset and loudly complained that I needed to be attended to, Alfonzo looked at me and said he didn’t care if I left or not that he wasn’t concerned if I bought from them or not...nnI waited “I really needed a car”...nnAt 5pm he finally pulled my paperwork from finance office “literally 10feet away” where they wanted double my down payment... not 2grand but 4grand down, Alfonzo laughed and said what you can’t handle that ???nnI left at which point Alfonzo followed me asking if I could do $2500 downnnI brought my business to another Dealer in Brookhaven where my transaction was completed in 30minutes.nnI can’t believe they pay for radio advertising only to have their salespeople treat their customers so rudely... the guy stank on top of all of that and I was forced to sit there and smell his body odor all day long.nnI was a potential customer with money in my pocket to buy .... sitting at his desk waiting on paperwork... someone walked in and he put them in front of mennIf they treated me like this before I ever boughtnnHow are they going to treat you after you buy a car and something goes wrong with it
