The easiest and most convenient storage unit facility I've ever dealt with. Great pricing and the lady working there , Minnie, has amazing customer service skills and is great doing business with. Excellent area and very clean facility too!!
I had 3 units rented before consolidating down to one.nnMy experience was overwhelmingly positive.nnTop notch service and excellent property upkeep.nnIf you are looking for a reputable place in the Collierville area to store your belongings, look no further!nnThe manager Herb is a first-class gentleman that knows his stuff and always greets you with a small on his face. Always able and willing to help out.
WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE! Mindy & Sam are the new managers are obviously quick replacements as they are rude, immature, and are using shady business practices. Herb used to manage the facility and always took care of the loyal Collierville clients as I have been for the last 4 years. Be sure to dot your I’s and cross your T’s will these new managers!! They will trick you into taking your money! I will be storing my valuables elsewhere with a clean environments, no more rats!
Their customer service was fantastic. Online web reservation followed by an email and a phone call with details. They made everything easy. Their facility is top notch. Clean, safe, organized. When I had to change my plans at the last minute, they were extremely accommodating. Couldn't ask for more!
The office staff at Collierville Self Storage were extremely professional and an absolute pleasure to do business with. They got me what I needed quickly. I would definitely use them again for any other storage needs. Their facilities were clean and well kept.
