It's hard to find good customer service let alone excellent customer service these days. However, my experience was nothing short of amazing. The staff were friendly and helped me figure out which space would best fit my needs for future use. While, I am not currently renting a space with the facility at the moment- I do plan to in the future and will always remember the great service rendered during my experience.
Alexis was wonderful with helping me find and figure out what type of storage unit I needed to put my furniture and other house hold items in. The process was smooth in getting signed up and making a the flat rate payment. Alexis made sure she showed excellent customer service and she answered my questions about Extra Space Storage. I am very glad I made the right choice to do business with Extra Space Storage. Please do not hesitate to contact them if you are needing a storage unit.
Pouring down rain and Lisa did not hesitate to take me to look at units. I will return closer to when I need storage. Still here and everything is wonderful! I rented! Great customer service,
Lisa was very professional and polite. The entire process was so easy, I was able to rent my storage unit from my phone without any hassle. I will recommend to everyone to rent at this location.
Although I am not storing with the company, I received excellent customer service to be just shopping around. Alexis was full of knowledge and very patient with me. You just don’t get that type of customer service often these days. When I am ready to store my valuables I will definitely be coming back to Collierville!
