This Love's is horribly kept. There were empty boxes left sitting in the aisles, and boxes with product yet to be shelved that were sitting in the aisles. Someone could have tripped over them and been seriously injured. The counter areas of the coffee bar were nasty with cream and sugar spilled on them, and the two store employees that came thru that area while I was there didn't bother to wipe down the counter tops. Items were left laying in odd places throughout the store shelves in many instances. On 4 occasions I picked up product that was left on the floor or in an area where it didn't belong and put them in the right place. It's apparent that no member of management was on site, not with a store looking this bad. On the one occasion I leave my phone in the vehicle to charge, it would have been nice to have it to take photos. After all, a photo is worth a thousand words.
No stars is more likely! I was told I needed a mask I am traveling and Could not find my mask in my car before I got out so I then grabbed a mask from the display to purchase because I was told I needed one and I was refused service to purchase a mask that I was asked to wear I have actually worked for Loves and I could not be any more disappointed in the lack of customer courtesy that your employees have! It is a state mandate , but NOT LAW! I’m not even supposed to wear one because of health issues, but I am considerate of others! I wear them everywhere I go!
Over priced compared to other loves and a double standard on wearing mask.nLiterally had 2 black guys standing behind us without mask and the extremely rude cashier told me and my wife to leave if we wasn't wearing a mask.nSo we dropped our items on the floor and walked out.
Clean Your store and Teach customer service to over night people.
Staff was very nice but PLEASE sale salads. There is a McDonald's and Chester's. Does not offer any healthy choices. Also LOVES could you please go down on your prices of your fruit. I enjoy the fact you offer this.
