( Horrible and false advertisement!)n1. First let me start off saying I onlynChoose to rent here because of then(Good Price that they advertised!) (pool, and Playground that they advertised).nTHEY HAVE NUN OF THEM!!nPool is overgrown inside with grass randown and shutdown.nIt is not a playground it's a basketball hoop by the dumpsters.nDon't get me started on rent because it gets higher each month.n2. No one will come and fix anything if they do they put a piece of tape on it and say it's fixed.nI CANT TELL YOU HOW MUCH MONEY I HAVE SPENT TRYING TO FIX THE TRAILER AND EVERYTHING IN IT.n( The trailer I moved into was not ready to be moved in at all nowhere ready to be lived in.) YES I should have paid more attention! I just turned 21 was in a bad situation and rushed into it.( I LEARNED MY LESSON I PROMISE.)nRent is about $800. But seen I have lived here the trailer want stay cool. There are holes every where! Called so they could fix it they PUT A PIECE OF TAP on it and said it was fixed. AND ITS NOT AT All!! So bill comes in for everything it's no longer $800 it's 1,000 because we have to constantly run the air because they didn't fix it. I say something every time I see someone. And no one has fixed it and WANT fix the bill so what we have to pay to cool outside now.n3. Last there is mold I have been sick there times with the same lung infection reason why haven't moved don't have the money.nTHERE IS SO MUCH I WOULD LOVE TO POST BUT M NOT JUST WANTED TO POINT OUT THE TOP PROBLEMS BEFORE PEOPLE WASTE A LOT OF MONEY!!n(THIS IS MY EXPERIENCE NOT SAYING YOURS WILL BE THE SAME!!!)

The office manager is really nice. But they don't keep up good maintenance and the rent is outrageous

Went to a friend’s home who lives there and I fell in love my family is also in love! Got approved and will be moving by March 5 hopefully sooner! Hope we will love the experience! I already love Erica who helped me out a lot!
