I had the opportunity to take a free demo beginners krav maga and kickboxing class earlier this year and had a wonderful experience!nnThe class was small-medium with a perfect number of students to be partnered up leaving no one behind. The other students were friendly and welcoming so I felt good coming into a new experience with an open mind! There was plenty of equipment to use and the gym was spacious and clean. The instructors were very friendly and educated! They knew their craft well and they made me feel so comfortable and excited despite never taking any kind of martial art or kickboxing.nnI would definitely recommend them and would love to come again sometime!
Top-notch instructors for real-world self-defense. Thorough and, yes, challenging training, which is exactly what I wanted. Pushing through my limits. Glad to have found EKM.
