I went to Orange Theory in Germantown for the first time last week. I have not worked out in almost 6 years so this was definitely a struggle, but the trainer was very encouraging and motivating. I like Orange Theory better than a regular gym, because you are directed what to do. When I go to a gym, I usually just wonder around. 10/10 recommend and I go to my second class tomorrow even though I am still very sore!
Amazing experience! They do a great job at pushing you while you are there. The instructors are very friendly and motivating.
