There is alot to say about atc. But to sum it up I would have to say atmosphere. Even in a pandemic it is always kicking 24/7. And I have to tell you the amenities are to die for. Getting a tan or a quick aqua massage after a workout Is the absolute best and with a price so low why are you not signed up already

Owner needs to effectively communicate to customers without being hostile. In going through my abdominal workout, the owner comes storming towards me waving his arms saying “you’re going to ruin my carpet” which I understood but his tone and delivery was not acceptable.

My wife and I are from ny, whe're visiting her mother here in Tennessee, we called atc fitness and were able to get the Saint jude pass, and work out for the week, God bless atc fitness!!!! A great local gym chain! Plenty equipment and it's always clean. It is a little cozy at times. There are tanning beds and hydro-massage tables. AND THE BEST THING IS THERE IS NO CONTRACT!!!! Month to month and if you get the premium membership you can go to any of the 18 locations in the Memphis - Jackson area!!!

I just signed up at ATC. The gym has nice quality newer equipment. It is well organized and well maintained. My regular gym is not open and doesn’t appear to be opening anytime soon so I’m very thankful that I have a nice gym to still workout and not get so out of shape. They check your temp at the door which is nice. I am concerned that most people are not wearing mask but I will limit my exposure as much as possible by not going everyday and cleaning my hands before and after my workout. The staff is very professional and friendly and helpful. It does get a little busy mid afternoon but I try to go earlier if I can. The rate is reasonable and signing up was fairly easy.
