This was my first experience with using Collierville Jeep service department after I purchased my Jeep from Collierville Jeep during the summer of 2020 & it was the best experience yet! Johnnie resolved an issue I had with my ABS/ Traction Light. He also rotated my tires & completed an oil change on a cold Saturday morning within 3 hours even though they had about 15 Jeeps/ cars ahead of me! I thank you so much John & I will see you guys soon!!
Aaron, my service associate, did an excellent job handling the services for my vehicle. He was very considerate of my family emergency and he ensured me that my vehicle would be well taken care of upon my arrival. Every other staff member went above and beyond to ensure my needs met in a timely manner and with a smile. I will definitely revisit this dealership for my next vehicle service!!
Lacey was my sales person when I made my first purchase in 2018 and she was great! She referred me to Hank Cotton this go round with my trade in since she's in a different department and he's equally just as great! He made sure I got a great upgrade in my same price range. Now I'm riding in a brand new 2021 Jeep Cherokee and couldn't be happier. Everyone is super nice and very responsive through email and phone calls if I have any questions. Collierville CDJR will always have me as a customer.
I absolutely will refer friends and family. Joni was the car saleslady that helped me and she went above and beyond when helping me find the perfect vehicle. I truly felt that she listened to my wants and needs when it came to looking for what vehicle I wanted. She was very helpful and friendly. If anyone is looking for a good sales person for a car I HIGHLY recommend Joni.
Good service, prompt replies and updates. If only there car sales were this diligent and thorough. The only knock would be like most dealer service departments they are overpriced compared to the outside mechanic world. Of course finding someone you can trust is the issue there. Still if you know that going in I have no complaints. Good job, thanks
