Benz of Collierville once again had deliver outstanding service. From the moment I arrived I was greeted with warm welcome by one of the valet associate and he took me to Philip, a service advisor and he too was welcoming although the service was just open that morning. It was a busy morning but Philip was courteous and professional. All in all, this is just a few reasons I always comeback to this dealership.

Love my vehicle , I purchased yesterday. I had an awesome salesman, Larry Murphy, and I highly recommend him. He is extremely knowledgeable and taught me how to operate and care for my purchase even in showing it to my son and I. No time loss even when we were just looking. Everyone in the business process was very professional. I will definitely see Mr. Larry for my vehicle needs in the future and recommend him to all my friends and coworkers. Collierville Mercedes exceeded my expectations.

Everyone over at Mercedes Benz of Collierville treated me so well. The sales consultant Clarence was amazing! He was so helpful throughout the entire process and made the overall experience the best! The finance manager Rich was great, he made sure I was knowledgeable about my car lease and answered all of my questions thoroughly. Rebecca was also warm and welcoming in helping me to learn all of the bells and whistles on my new car. She was super knowledgeable when it came to any of the features on the car.nnThank you all so much for everything!

Lovely team. I live in Nashville and normally frequent the Benz of music city but was out in Memphis when my low beam went out. The Memphis dealership wasn’t able to accommodate my work schedule but Collierville was! I arrived a little before 530pm and was greeted a few min after arriving (only 1 tech in garage). He was friendly took me right in. While I sat in the lobby waiting at least 2 ppl checked on me. Though services are a bit limited due to COVID they were able to go above and beyond still. It’s nice to see that same level of service outside of my home dealership. Thank you team for taking great care of me!
