Had my vehicle towed here to do engine work. They text me NEVER called to explain that my warranty didn't cover because I drove it low on oil (another lie) saying the insurance won't pay for my neglect that I would have to pay out of pocket. After speaking with the insurance company everything was covered. They were trying to get paid twice. Shady people please stay away. And what type of business use text instead of calls very unprofessional.

My vehicle was repossessed and $1000 cash missing. They took my purse out of the vehicle and took it in the office. They kept my disabled sons wheelchair on the back and refused to turn it over for 3 days while it ruined on the back rack. The receptionist which I'm sure is partial owner was extremely rude and tried picking a fight after officers left. I wouldn't do business or recommend anyone doing business with such a business. She told me that I may not get my Jeep back when I told her I would in a few days. They gave me the run around on how to get my things. Instead of locking the truck and leaving my possessions alone they snooped through my entire vehicle leaving things strolled out everywhere. See you in court

Theives! They repossed my vehicle and stole $1000 cash from the console. They went through the vehicle and made a mess of the whole truck. The lady up front gave me the run around on the process of retrieving my belongings and chased me off after the cops left from taking the report which prevented me from getting all of my belongings. We will see them in court SOON!ud83dudc4d Also tried to pick a fight RIGHT after the officer left. It's one thing to repossess the vehicle but another to go through it and steal money!
