Please stop allowing lobby pick up just to close the lobby and make customers wait in the ridiculously long line you guys always have. The Houston levee location is more put together than this one for sure. Even if they have a long line the Houston levee location gets you through quickly !
Great location, Friendly staff, but seem to always not have my orders 100% correct. They will fix another for you but still doesn't seem to be exactly what I ordered. The Starbucks near by that is located inside of Target is much better!!
Love how y’all just decided to close at 3 today and didn’t even service the customers who had been sitting in the line since 20 minutes before 3. Great customer service. *insert eyeroll*
We went in to place a order for takeout & first off, only half had on masks, but we were told we had to place our order through the mobile app, so I began placing our order. My husband leaned against the table & one of the workers rudely yelled out “There’s no setting @ the tables”, so I canceled our order & we left! I haven’t ever had such rude a customer experience @ any Starbucks location in my life! If this new policy has anything to do with Covid, I think masks are more important than someone leaning against a table!
Great Location! Even through all they have been through the crew is upbeat and eager to help. The store manager is doing the greatest she can to keep the location great! 10/10 would recommend ❤ufe0f
