Sushi was fantastic! I ordered a to-go order and it was packaged well. The pickup experience was awesome. I loved the online ordering. My sushi came with an unexpected sauce that was amazing. Fish was very fresh and tasted great. Avocado was fresh as well. I will return!

I love their sushi (my friends do too) and their cuts are pretty big. I get Fuji about once a week. They are busy and the woman is a great worker. She needs to have an extra pair of hands tho

The food here is excellent - best sushi in Collierville. We always do takeout. The pickup process is usually a bit of a hassle - seems like there's always confusion and I have to wait a while for my order. We dined here once and had a bad enough experience to not go back. It was a fairly light crowd and we were there for over 2 hours (took about an hour and 45 minutes to get our food). The sushi quality makes up for the hassle of picking up and I'm glad to have them as option in Collierville.

We were very disappointed with Fuji tonight. We spent more than 70$ and the food was tasteless. We have lived in Japan and previously thought the food was very good. Our Yakisoba had no taste- we had to add our own seasonings at home. We bought beef teriyaki that was very tough. The miso soup was weak and the salad had dressing that was like watered down Mayo- we asked for ginger dressing. We ordered veggie fried rice with no taste also. The tempura was good not excellent. What a disappointing when you don’t want to cook and the food is terrible.
