Since covid has began the quality of service has drastically declined. Employees are rude and 9 times out of ten the only part of your order they will get right is your drink. And if you plan on going through the drive through plan to be there for an hour atleast
Only stayed in line for an hour and still had to pull around and wait for food. This place is a damn joke. No sense of urgency from anyone that works here. There is 8 people over here that have already paid and waiting on food. If your hungry I'd suggest going anywhere else.
Very friendly employees but the chicken was pretty crispy for being original recipe!
Got some cold fries but the chicken sandwich was great. Could've been hotter. Mash potatoes great. Coleslaw great.
Customer service and suck! You will be in line 45 mins and your order will still be wrong. So PLEASE don't be in a hurry and check your food before you leave... CONSIDER YOURSELF WARNED!! That store has the potential to be the best in this country but they can't seem to get it together.
