They do not read their screens or tickets apparently. I always asked for no onions on my food and they usually still have them on my food. If I was allergic to onions, death by Burger King and the onions they put on their Whoppers. Retrain employees to pay attention to detail before someone get sick or hospitalized due to their negligence.nUPDATE: ON DEC.18, 2020, came through drive thru, order a nice size made to order with 8 sandwiches. Even though the girl who passed our food out the window didn't say hello nor ask us anything about pulling up. But, it was worth the wait, I guess. Food was fresh and accurate this time. Customer service need to improve though.
Wish I could give them no stars. 2 days in a row have messed up orders. 12 23 20 day shift
they got the order right , got me and my boyfriend through the line with no problem.
The chicken nuggets were meatless, and the fries were cold. They did not have anything to offer with that except chicken fries. If I was not passing through that I would have turned around. Smh
Burgers were cold and cheese was not melted. French fries were cold and half done. Ask for coke 3 times and got sweet tea.
