Ordered 3 of there new premium sweet potatoes(an extra .99c) and realized I didn’t get them, so I brought it up to the cashier and he just said “oh we ran out”. But he didn’t offer to replace the missing items or anything. And he just replaced them with chips. Bad customer service.
Severely understaffed, got two poor girls trying to do everything. Door dashes breathing down their necks. They do need a pay raise for that kind of stress.
Now I have never had a smoothie made like that before. Whenever I visit my daughter she has to take me to get one. All I can say is keep up the good work employees, cause you guys are doing an awesome job.
We had a nice dinner and all of the employees where wearing their mask correctly too.
Love it here, but after prior wrap was served to me with no chx and left out another topping, my vibe went left...maybe was someone new on wraps or moving too fast distracted...I have decided to take a long break and hope things get back as before food wise...
