We recently moved back to Collierville and were hesitant to bank with regions because of past bad experiences. My wife is a retired VP bank manager who is very hard on customer service. We decidedTo give The Byhalia branch a try. A couple of days ago we pull through the drive-through and all lanes are backed up. Your employee Amber was handling the drive-through. She took care of our questions in our banking needs with a upbeat And professional attitude. One of the best experiences by a drive-through teller we have experienced. Amber restored our faith that customer service and professionalism is not dead. Thank you Amber.

I call the bank to ask them to open account So they ask for my SS#. So I Give it to them so hentold me to come @ 3pm. The worst bank experience. 1 is too many. I waited in line 45 minutes to cash my daughter babysitting money. They put me through the rigamaroo and said they charge a fee. I said no thanks. I took it to my bank and they won't deposit it bc this bank did not cover the markings they put on it. I go back to the bank and there is hardly anyone working there and another long line. Awful.

How many years it will take to repair very large and deep potholes ?nDo they really wait for someone to loose their leg or car?nIt is hard to believe to see bank like this in the middle of Collierville.
