I've been living in this mobile home park for about 3 1/2 years, and for the most part, it's been very nice. However, the lot rent has increased twice! Also, beginning this month, October 2020, they've tacked on $15 extra for trash pickup, which, in my opinion, is too much. There are at least 150 mobile homes, so do the math. It seems like that should be well more than enough to empty the dumpsters once week. I'm not sure, they could be dumped twice a week. Anyhow, the environment is nice. I don't really care for all of the dogs that are not with someone, but so far, no one in my family or anyone I know has been bitten. Overall, Bellecrest Mobile Park is a nice place to live. ud83dude0aud83dudc9c

Descent neighborhood down payments to steep honestly it's quiet though
Seemingly very quiet area. A family member recently bought a trailer here and I helped them move in. I haven't been here for more than a few hours but if it's the way it seems as it was then it's a very good setting for a young families first endeavour.
