Today 3/13 the staff at Purvis, Ms Ward's gave bad service today. I ordered as usual today, ordered cookies for my son and diet coke for myself. They said they had cookies in stock. When I get to the window I received no cookies and a root beer beverage. A little communication would've went a long ways. My son was terribly displeased. Having to explain such a thing to a 3yr old is extremely difficult.
First time here. Once I saw they had homemade root beer I was game! Super creamy! Loved it. I had the Ward Quarder Combo. Fries were fresh and hot, and burger was pretty darn good (I even ate the onions and I don't like onions) :) 9/10 would recommend.
Wards breakfast platter. A diner quality meal at the price and speed of fast food. Why can't every restaurant be that cool.
Service was good. But the lil one chili was awful.
Very poorly managed. She needs to take better inventory of the food. They are always out of something five days a week.
