I have been a member for years and was relatively satisfied with my experience here but I have never been so appalled with any bank as I am now. They recently installed new kiosks in the bank. These kiosks are inefficient and have caused massive lines. I have been twice since they opened and each time I waited just under half an hour. Not to mention the fact that my check got stuck in the machine and they didn't have exact change either time. They say it's for the safety of the tellers but they have never had any problems with safety. Jobs are being lost over this they moved all the tellers to one building and are having them work on three or four people at a time. This way they can fire two or three tellers in place of one. Their is also no security for the members. There are no guards their and nothing is private. I will soon move my membership elsewhere.

I was in the Westover Branch today and witnessed somethings you don’t see very often. First of all I was greeted with a smile when I walked in. Second, There was a lady in front of me VERY upset about the new teller machines. She was telling me she was going to move her account!! The manager , Dewey came over to her and took the time to talk to her and explain how the new machines work and answered ALL her questions.nBy the time she left she was smiling and actually hugged him!! I understand the new machines are frustrating but it is so nice to have someone actually take time with a frustrated customer.

I recently purchased a boat and was able to obtain financing through central sunbelt west over branch , The loan officers there are very helpful and extremely knowledgeable ,i got my loan very fast and efficiently and they also helped me with my boat registration I really enjoy doing business there

The staff at Sunbelt FCU are awesome!!!nThey really know how to take care of their customers - no issue is too small or too large, they give it their all.
