I was taken from one extension to another without end and finally I could not communicate with any one. The system could not be worse.
The most unprofessional bank I’ve ever come across.
This bank is trash. They process your transactions in a way to be able to charge you NSF fees. Having you think your transactions are pending and you have no money there to cover it even though you go in and add money before the fee hits you still get charged a fee. They hold your direct deposit and wont release it into your account on time. No wonder they have so many locations to take your hard earned money for nothing. Branch manager stacy is unprofessional rude and looks down on you if you are a middle class since she is so high class or so she thinks!
Brad just called me to ask how I was doing! Made my day. Excellent customer service reached by maintaining a good relationship with clients. Way to go Brad!
