I called customer service to inquire about a unit, after selecting the most convenient location, I was told that I will receive a call from someone at the Winchester location. Literally within 1 min of ending that phone call I received a call from Henry, he was very polite and briefly went over some key points. Once I actually arrived at the facility I was greeted immediately by Henry and we got started right away, he addressed all of my concerns and even had a few helpful suggestions. The customer service was exceptional.

Extra Space StoragennI have had a storage unit with Extra Space Storage for a number of years. I have only recently had the good fortune to interact with Henry House. While I wish it were under more pleasant circumstances, I have to commend him for his customer service. My unit was recently totally destroyed in a fire on property and while I am sure he could have sent me a corporate email, he took the time to call me personally and talk me through what happened, how it happened, what my options were and the timeline for each one.nnWhile I know I asked a lot of questions, Henry was kind and patient with me and answered each one thoughtfully. I know it was probably not an easy call to make but he handled the situation with exceptional courtesy. Customer service is easy when everything is going well, the real challenge comes when you have to deliver bad news. Each subsequent conversation I have had with Henry after the initial conversation was just as pleasant.nnI know that price is important when you’re selecting somewhere to store your belongings but if great customer service matters to you just as much, I would strongly suggest you go talk to Henry House at ExtraSpace Storage.
