Love the track i go there almost everyday to run/walk have a great group of friends there we know by site. Has a outdoor gym if you feel lead to use that. For the really early birds you can turn on the lights. Rubberized surface keeps my knees from hurting as the road. Hernando is an awesome town thanks to mayor and parks dept for doing a great job.
I really like that this outdoor track exists. However, over the last couple of weeks there has been an increase in the amount of discarded clothing and trash left there. Overall, it's a quiet place to run/walk.
It was terrible.. I went to run and couldn't. The parents was sitting on the track in their lawn chairs. I couldn't get my exercise in. They could have either sat in the bleachers or anywhere but on the tracks... it was terrible
Great place for a run or walk.
