The club is a nice and clean place. However, they don't enforce a mask policy. I do understand that the state has dropped the mask mandate. However, given that people congregate in gyms by virtue of the proximity of machines and equipment to each other, common sense would suggests the facility enforce a mask policy until we get past the pandemic.

Planet Fitness Olive Branch is clean, the people are friendly and helpful. The tanning beds are awesome. But most of all the work out equipment is clean and it all is in working order. It is organized and kept in place and did I mention how clean and safe I feel going to my gym!!

We are currently not under any mandates from the state in regards to masks. As we entered we were told we had to wear a mask when at the desk signing in and we could not log in if we refused to do so. Planet fitness needs to use logic in their protocols, a huge building with everybody not wearing masks but demanding we wear one to log in is the height of illogical procedures. Since there is no mandate by the state why not allow members to enjoy freedoms of choice, let those that want to wear a mask do so but give the choice to the members as to wear one or not.

( I’m glad I left this gym and went to ATC they are really nice and friendly and they have better hydro messages!!!!)I have never experienced such terrible service at a gym in my life.... the people who work at the front desk are revolting. I mean nasty attitudes. They also talk about their CUSTOMERS. I was so surprised to find out it was the assistant manager(black lady with dreadlocks). Very unprofessional for someone with a big responsibility and I’m not the only one who said this I suggest you remove her immediately.. you are losing a lot of customers for this. So sad because I was so happy with this gym until she came into the picture.ud83eudd26ud83cudffe‍♀ufe0f

I thought leaving my old gym would be hard because I was so use to knows everyone and it was welcoming. However I left due to distance only. A great choice I made and there was no difference outside of it really lives up to the no judgement zone. The service at 5AM are amazing and much appreciated. Thanks PF for making my change worthwhile.
