I have been a member of club for fitness for at least 3 years at the Horn Lake, Ms. location. I attempted to work out on October 18, 2020 around 6:30 P.M. I was stopped by a desk worker requesting a picture, I expressed to her that today was not a good day for a picture. She became aggressive and demanded that I take a picture today or my account would be frozen unless a picture was immediately taken. I asked her to contact the manager. The manager stated that she had been over the club for two months, and that was a requirement that she established for her club. I expressed to the manager that I had a medical condition and I was not in the position to take a picture, I assured the manager that I would take a picture after my medical condition ended. The manager was relentless, she demanded that either I take a picture or my account would be frozen. My concern I expressed to the manager was since I had been a member of the club there has never been an issue for a picture to be taken. I went on to explain to the manager that pictures were not apart of the membership policy agreement that I signed. The manager did not agree with the membership policy agreement, and downplayed the club 4 fitness policy. I understand policy and procedure, however, the manager was requiring me to do something that was not in the policy agreement that I signed. This issue was taken out of context, all because I did not want a picture taken due to a medical condition on my face. If a picture was policy and in my membership agreement, today would not have been an issue because my picture would have been taken 3 years prior. I would like to speak with someone further about this issue. There should have been an accommodation for my health impairment such as a drivers license picture, instead of my account being immediately frozen. I have never had an issue with this club until today. Within this managers 2 month leadership I am sure the membership will decrease because of lack of knowledge of how to resolve conflicts, and keeping customers satisfied. In conclusion, I have no problems with following any directives on my signed membership agreement. Professional Development is definitely needed for the manger, who has only been in authority for two months.nUpdatenThe regional manager contacted me and apologized to about my concern and completely fixed it. The regional manager was extremely nice and caring and immediately took ownership of the mishap of an unfortunate subordinate employee. I appreciate the phone call and the care and concern that bestowed upon me. Thank you . I am upgrading my review

Affordable. Friendly staff. Good assortment of equipment. Been using regularly for more than a year and would recommend to anyone looking for a place to work out

This company sucks when trying to cancel. I hate I ever signed up. Will never ever join any affiliated gyms!!! They seek money not customer satisfaction.
