Had a clogged pipe...they were out within 2 hours of my initial call..fixed my problem quickly! Highly recommend!

Mr. Todd came to my home to fix my plumbing issues with a toilet. On time, professionals! I contacted Mrs. Cathy via chat on Sunday evening, and by Noon Monday, they were at my door. And what they fixed looks nice!

Please, please, please save your hard-earned money and do not go with RW. I read the reviews and was hesitant to call them, but there seemed to be more happy customers than not and there aren’t a lot of plumbers in the area to begin with. The short version: They charged me nearly $450 for what should have been a $150 service trip. This company lures customers with a comparatively low hourly service rate ($100 per hour), but then nickel-and-dimes (more like $50 and $100s) you until you pay them more than a larger, more reputable company that doesn’t hide their costs.nI told them what part I needed on the phone—a stop valve that is $8.50 at Home Depot. The technician showed up without this part, any PVC, nor a drain trap… but you know you’re working on sink plumbing. The technician charged me $125 for this part (more than 10 times markup) and charged me $100 to drive around to look for said part. Their shop is 10 minutes from my house and Home Depot is 15 minutes away.nThe technician used my PVC and flange and then charges me another $25 for “miscellaneous.” He just awkwardly laughed when I asked about this and mumbled “odds and ends.” This was PVC work and only required my own parts, an $8.50 (sorry, $125) stop valve, and some glue…nThe technician finished before the end of the hour, but charged me another 30 minutes to write the bill and sit in my drive way before leaving.nI called several times to speak to the owner, and he or she will not call me back, so any response to this review will just be a pitiful attempt to seem like a reputable company.

If you need parts or any kind of work done on your air conditioning or plumbing these are the guys to go to. I was very impressed with the shop and how quickly the staff was able to help me find exactly what I needed. These guys are very knowledgeable very professional very prompt and I would encourage avoiding the hassle of going to someone else. Definitely go see these guys First and save yourself time and money!!

Darrell came out the day after my call to fix one of our AC units that stopped working and he tuned up both of them. The tune up fee was a great spring special, $57/unit. He quickly discovered the capacitor was broken and needed to be replaced. He had the part on hand which was super convenient. He also showed me the electrical readings on the old and new part, proving that it was indeed broken. Darrell also showed my Freon levels were low and he refilled them. The units were cleaned well and while the whole service was expensive, I felt the breakdown of all the charges was acceptable for what was done. I didn’t realize how expensive Freon was, but after a quick Google I realized I wasn’t taken advantage of. Darrell was polite and conversational, and we actually enjoyed visiting while I did the job.
