I was looking for a specific car. I happened to wander on the lot by mistake. It was a good mistake. There was a 2013 Pathfinder that was exactly what we were looking for. At that point my financing was not in order. Chip held the car so I can get my financing in order. There was a small issue with the car that he handled with no questions. I felt from the very beginning that he was honest and straight with me. I appreciate the service I received. Good service is something that is lost these days. He has a small lot with A1 service as you would expect in a large dealership. Go see him. He will take care of you.

For several months I have been searching for a vehicle. I had tried so much my credit score was very low. I had given up. Ellers Automotive LLC came up on my FB page. I ignored it for 2 days , on the 3rd day it popped up again so I realized that it wasn't going to go away until I filled out the application. I filled it out and less than an hour Chip had me finance, not only was I financed but my down payment was very affordable. Chip was so kind and patient with me. He answered every question that I had. Not only that he gave me his cell number in case I had anymore question. I had no way to pick the car up so he went out of his way to come to my home to pick me up. I love Ellers Automotive LLC and definitely love the customer services. Thanks Chip, you rock. You are the best and I am enjoying my 2011 C70 Volvo T5. Thank you for looking beyond my fault (bad credit) and seeing the need that I needed a car.

We told him the oil was a quart low , he said it wasn’t. I still went and made a oil change appt and they told me it was in fact a quart low. Other then that other problems with the car, if you looking for something affordable it’s a good place.
