A great place to buy a car. Good customer service
Wish I could give 0 stars, the guy I was working with didn't pay me any attention when I informed him the vehicle I wanted. He put a totally different vehicle on my application and had all the information incorrect. He was totally unprofessional trying to tell me how my pockets work when I know my price range. Even though I really wanted the truck they had up there I'm glad I will not be working with this company.
I am very please with the service from No worries Auto. Austin was great salesman, attentive to my questions and concerns and best off all fast and friendly service. I recommend everyone to the Southaven location. THEY ROCK!!!!

The guy who works at this place is by far the rudest person I’ve ever encountered. I was sold a car last week and not even a week later the check engine light comes on. I take the car back to the dealership and was told the problem isn’t covered under the service contract. I used my money to put down on a vehicle I have to fix in less than a week which is beyond me. I spoke with this gentleman and told him while purchasing the car that I had no family and a sick child who needs a liver transplant and yet you would still treat someone this way. His response was “they don’t hound down and fix every check engine light problem”! So basically they turn them off until you buy the vehicle and the problem is on you. Don’t GO THERE and save yourself the hassle!! No WORRIES is a lie!
