Planters is the best bank I have ever dealt with...always friendly and helpful.
I love Planters Bank because to me they are the best bank and here is why. Their service is amazing and fast, they are very helpful if you need something done, and they always have a smile on their face no matter what.
This is the best bank I have ever chosen. They don’t charge you for opening up a bank. I never had a problem with my account or the people! I love my bank.
I have been waiting on a PLANTERS bank card for 2 weeks and a half. This is not including the week that they did not inform me I had to apply for a card even though I already had a account with covenant bank. The sad part about it is that I have called constantly about the issue and I get NO reason for the issue at all! I recommend no one open up an account here. I will surely withdraw my money out and find a dependable bank with less confusion asap.
Not pleased with this bank.this bank really needs an update.their atm cards are old fashion and are not equipped with the chip .it's been 3 days now since I've tried their app to take pic and deposit a payroll check .Not a satisfied customer at all and will be switching banks
