A reigons bank is so needed in Hernando ms ! Even though I do Mobile banking sometimes I do have physical business to conduct and driving all the way to Goodman rd is so inconvenient because the bank opens at 9:am and I have to be at work at 9 too ! Wish their drive through was open at 8:30 like Bancropsouth...
Lady & the 3rd window today was pretty rude about cashing my check I guess she was mad because of her track was showing
Superb customer service at this location. I had an appointment today for 11:30am, they let me in to sit and wait because I was about 5-10 mins early. They got me in quickly and they took care of our needs and answered all of our questions (plus they were so so nice!)
Girl work on drive through is literally as ignorant as it gets. To tell me during covid. To go inside because I had 4 deposits instead of 3 Maximum on drive through. As a business owner and a health care provider. I am totally disappointed with her ignorance
