Driver drove to the next building over even though I put it in the delivery instructions. All of this would have been no biggie but then the driver chose to snap at me claiming it was my fault. He also forgot my drink. I love JJ but I guess this location doesn't have it together.
just ordered online to have delivered to my house around 12:15pm. My order was delivered to the wrong house! it was delivered 5 house up from mine and left there. Luckily the homeowner was home and was nice enough to deliver my food to my house. Your drivers really need to pay close attention to addresses to make sure peoples food that they have already paid for online is going to the correct house. With all this covid stuff going around who knows where my order could have ended up at.
The food was delivered quickly, and the taste was on-point. That said, the amount of meat and cheese on the sandwiches was severely lacking. They looked like sad, flat little loaves of bread. Just not a good value for the money.
Sandwiches were very good, but far from freaky fast on this visit.
