This place had great pictures online however when me and my fiancée went to the location 45 minutes away from where we live, they said they were having a private party so no customers. I can understand that completely however there was no notice on the website of this event. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! May give another chance but no time soon, because I have a complete disdain for a business that is not ran in accordance to the entity.

Came to visit and to my surprise they were closed! I wouldn’t go out of the way to visit. I tried to call but the number wasn’t in service. This should have been a sign. I’m honestly thinking they may be closed. There were signs showing that the building was for sale.

Do not waste your time or money here -- this place is a joke. We walked into a filthy environment and took ten minutes to take our order with no other customers in the store. Every employee was on their phone while walking in and out of the back room. Once one of them finally took our order, the girl literally picked up her phone and just walked into the back room. Fifteen minutes passed by as every single employee was staring down at their phone without attempting to make our shakes. I had to get the attention of one of the employees to express my frustration and ask for a refund. She had no idea how to reverse the credit card transaction, so her only option was taking cash out of the register. Do yourself a favor and never step inside this joke of a business. Whoever owns this place either needs to close up shop or clean house and hire real employees.
