Great service
Ordered 2 pizzas, one pepperoni & sausage the other double chicken pizza for family night. Individuals who ate double chicken don’t eat pork. Double chicken Pizza had pork on it. Manager TIM asked, well who ate the other pizza! WTH?! What kind of service is that when YOU made a mistake! Asked for owners info, said he doesn’t have it. Terrible! Terrible!
The whole franchise of Imos that once was an honorable tradition of our city is now a disgrace. The pizza made at this location is thrown together and ran by people who couldn’t care less about those who patronize this business. I waited an additional 20 minutes for an online order that was placed an hour ahead. I didn’t get told thank you for waiting, have a nice day, or enjoy your food. Customer service every where during this pandemic is crucial because businesses are closing left and right. Hopefully this isn’t the next one. I hope someone sees this an tried another location.
This is my favorite location. My pizza is always hot and always correct. They always deliver faster than what the time says. The delivery driver always has his mask on when pulling up! I highly recommended this location.
Ordered a half salad and an appetizer with a drink and it took over 25 minutes than projected carry out time. Waited in the front like told & just saw workers doing nothing and only a few cars pulled up- all got their food before me. There was one nice and hardworking employee and she’s who finally brought out my food. (Oh and the salad wasn’t right) First time and last time at this location.
