They need to work on getting orders out on time in peak traffic hours. In addition, try to make sure the order is ready before charging the customer and then asking them to wait another 30 min for their order. Other than that the food is pretty good and the location is easy to find.

I placed my delivery order at 8:58pm the order did not arrive until 10:45ish. The order was wrong and missing a pizza the delivery driver apologized and took the pizza back, when he came back with the correct pizza I was still missing a pizza. The driver was very polite and professional throughout the whole ordeal.

I was here to pick up an order that a friend called in. Even though, I was not the ordering customer, because I was the paying the customer, they treated me with excellent service. The staff was courteous and warm. They used pleasant tones when speaking to customers. They were respectful with 'please' and 'thank you'. When I received the food, the packages were hot to the touch indicating hot and fresh items. Even the establishment itself was clean and set up properly for social distancing. It is a terrific North County location to visit.

Imo's Pizza this is what I have to say where are the toppings do you know we ate pizza and wings an hour later we were at Culver's eating again our food was good Imo's Pizza

Seriously???nIt's IMO's!!!nThis is a terrific location as the staff is professional, efficient, friendly, fun... plus the food is terrific.
