I recently just went through a hand surgery and I was having a hard time filling out the black card membership sign up. He completed it for me and had the best customer service. I’m definitely excited on starting to workout here. I can tell the atmosphere here is amazing.
Clean facility. Never too crowded. Extremely friendly, helpful staff. Tobias in particular went out of his way to make sure I knew about everything the gym has to offer and he still is just as friendly and helpful today. Would highly recommend.
I love this gym! The staff is friendly and helpful. Particularly one staff member, Tobias, was very helpful in making sure that various equipment was clean and if a customer had a question or concern, that their needs were met. I highly recommend the planet fitness on north Lindbergh as well as the chain as a whole.
Tobias is extremely informative and always helps me to find the right machines to use to maximize my workouts. More importantly, Tobias is so welcoming and kind that I feel as if I’m in my home with no judgment. Today, he really saved me by helping me with my locker combination. He’s inspiring!
My account wasn’t working for along time but I was still being charged and I came up to get it all fixed. This one guy gave me a number to call and told me it’d be a long process. Right before I was about to walk out Tobias told me he could fix the situation for me. I greatly appreciated the customer service from him. Keep up the great work
