I love their pizza. The online ordering experience though, simply horrible! Every time there some new complications, lost my saved credit card number, won't let me enter another, asks to login multiple times, etc. Please Imos, keep making good pizza but please invest in a better user experience. Thanks.

I had taken a break from Imo’s , previously was my go to Pizza for years. Yesterday I opted to try again choosing my closest store.nI should have stuck with the other brand, ‘D’.nI live 5 minutes away, pizza picked up at winnow at store cold on arrival home. I was there minutes before my Anticipated time for pizza to be ready. The Square Deal was all cold. The two topping pizza that included hamburger had one pea size chunk on each slice..Pretty Stingy for a more costly option in the local pizza world.nTo top it off I ordered extra Chimino as a side. Later after dinner to find it was an extra order of chilled Provel cheese bites. Yes my ticket was correct, filling order the issue .nSo next time do I try different location or save my money and go back to reliable better prepared option for my Pizza?

Ordered a pizza online this evening like I always do when I got there to pick it up they had no such order she said they were having trouble with the app she’s very sorry I ask if I could order at the window no you have to come in so I pulled away sat in my car called and ordered a pizza and was told would be 25 minutes that’s just unacceptable I should’ve made an exception for that

We moved out of stl,,, this was such a treat,,,good pizza so good- others don't know what they are missing,,,and we could go inside without fear
